William has 18 years of IT experience having started working in the industry while he was still in school. He has always tinkered with computers and loves a challenge when a computer or device does something very out of the ordinary. In his 18 years, he has learnt how to fix all manner of software problems like viruses and emails but can also confidently repair broken down towers, cracked laptop screens and even Apple computers. He has always run the workshops he has worked in but now having his own computer store completes the dream. He is a gamer at heart and understands the needs and wants of the current generation when it comes to performance and graphics. On the other hand, he also understands the needs of the older generation when it comes to ease and simplicity. He loves teaching people how to use their computer or device so that they can do the things they want to do.

Caroline has 9 years of IT experience having started working in the industry at Cooroy Computers. She also has a strong retail background having worked in retail for 8 years. She has a great understanding of finances and is very business minded. She has a passion for customer service and helping people. During her time at Cooroy Computers, she has learnt how to perform many of the common tasks that are carried out in the workshop. Although she does work on computers, she prefers interacting with customers ensuring they are taken care of and have a good experience.
